Week 9

Today's blog is almost the same as other blogs writing about recipes that teachers or staff members enjoy.For today I will give you examples of desserts that are almost the same just different flavors and also talking about doubling the cake with frosting in the between the cake. It may be difficult at times I can also just explain or share a link that inspired me the most and helped me learn to decorate the desserts. The link will help and it will s how you how amazing the cakes and other things comes out and delicious I bet. She shows so many things and she does amazing things that you will love.

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
FROSTING
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 sticks (1/2 pound) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
